Our personal trainers provide the education and support that you need to get started with your workout program or to improve your current regimen. Whether it is training for a sport, losing weight, toning up, or reconditioning from an injury, our personal trainers will create the program that best meets your fitness needs and goals.
Non-members may purchase % hour or 1 hour training sessions with the purchase of a day pass. Payment for a day pass and training must be paid in advance.
