- Designs diet analysis and workout regimens for beginners who have never been in a gym before all the way to advanced weight lifters and pro athletes.
Ryan-MS,ATC,CSCS offers programs in all areas of wellness. Taking his experience as a collegiate division I athlete, Ryan has worked with both collegiate and professional athletes in achieving greatness. His expertise has lead to close work with the University of South Carolina teams. Ryan utilizes the fundamentals developed through his experiences to form a fitness regimen for his clients. He specializes in Performance Training, Sport Specific Rehabilitation and Post Surgical Rehabilitation. Ryan received his Bachelors degree in Athletic Training in 2003 and his Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2006. He works with clients one on one or in a group setting, ages ranging from 8-70 years old.
Kevin- Kevin moved to Columbia in 2002 and has been training ever since. In 2002 he competed in his first strongman competition, winning two national titles in 2002 and 2004. He received two third place finishes in 2003 and 2005. Kevin has competed in South Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, and North Carolina, always finishing in the top five. In 2005, he recorded his best atlas stone time of 24 seconds. In 2004 and 2005, he recorded his best car deadlift. In addition to Kevin's strongman expertise, he specializes in teaching individual, group, and bootcamp classes.
Brandon- 20 years of fitness and bodybuilding experience. Brandon has won bodybuilding championships at the state level. He has won numerous awards in powerlifting at the state and regional level, including an overall title at the 1999 Police Regional Lifting Championships. Brandon has trained both male and female bodybuilding champions at the state and national level. Many of his female competitors have placed within the top 5 at multiple national level competitions.
