Basic Classes
Spinning:
The newest trends in cycling and the creativity and expertise of our cycle instructors will have you feeling strong, exhilarated, and energized! 45 and 60 minute classes are available.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning):
Get it all in one workout with this fast-paced combination of strength, cardio, and agility work.
Agility Circuit:
Total body circuit that includes plyomettics, slide board, kettlebells, and other training pieces. This is a fast-paced training class. 30-45 minutes.
Specialty Classes
Sport Specific:
Designed to develop overall speed, strength, and agility. These components in training are a year-round model for the advancement of athleticism. Once you learn how to control your body and its counterparts, you will have the ability to perform your activities with greater ease and accomplish higher levels of success. Our training sessions will lead to a quicker start, faster turnover, and stronger finish. We will implement programs that will benefit the individual athlete as well as the team in order to achieve a greater success.
